哈尔滨工业大学国际合作教育学院成立于2005年7月，负责组织实施哈尔滨工业大学与国际知名的国外大学合作培养学生，以促进哈尔滨工业大学的国际交流与教育合作。学院利用哈尔滨工业大学的师资队伍及教育资源，已经与悉尼大学、莫纳什大学、埃迪斯科文大学、格里菲斯大学、曼彻斯特大学、伯明翰大学、基尔大学、诺桑比亚大学、法国国立科学技术与管理学院（CNAM）、德累斯顿工业大学、德锐大学等高校开展了合作办学。国际合作教育学院通过与国外院校联合制定学生培养方案，基于“学分互认”的原则开展了以下几种模式的国际合作办学项目：
　　一、本科生“2＋2”的“双学位证”中外合作办学项目
本项目按照哈尔滨工业大学的录取标准招收在全国高等院校统一招生入学考试中成绩优秀的学生，按照与合作院校联合制定的培养方案安排教学。学生在国际合作教育学院学习期间，合作院校派部分教师来我校按合作院校自己的方式授课、考核。学生在国际合作教育学院完成前2年的学习后进入合作院校完成剩余部分课程的学习，在完成合作培养方案中全部的教学内容且达到合作双方各自的要求后可以分别获得两校的学士学位证书。目前本项目的国外合作高校有悉尼大学、曼彻斯特大学、伯明翰大学。
　　二、本科生“2＋2”的“国际本科课程”项目
本项目参考全国高等院校统一招生入学考试成绩自主招收高中毕业生。学生在国际合作教育学院学习2年，参加雅思或托福考试成绩达到相应要求且基础课成绩合格后进入合作院校继续学习2年，完成合作培养方案的全部课程后可获得合作院校的学士学位证书。目前本项目的国外合作高校有莫纳什大学、格里菲斯大学、埃迪斯科文大学、基尔大学、诺桑比亚大学等。
　　三、本科生英国高等教育文凭（HND）项目
本项目参考全国高等院校统一招生入学考试成绩自主招收高中毕业生。学生在国际合作教育学院学习3年，采用英国国家职业学历与学术考试机构指定的英文原版教材及其教育教学与考核模式。学生全部课程通过，可以获得由英国国家职业学历与学术考试机构颁发的BTEC HND证书。学生凭HND及相应的英语水平证明即可向国外高校申请继续攻读本科的剩余课程，毕业后可获得国外高校的学士学位。目前HND为众多的英、澳、美、荷高校所认可。
　　四、硕士生“1＋1”或“0.5+1.5”项目
本项目面向社会自主招收本科毕业生。学生在国际合作教育学院完成0.5-1年的语言培训及国外合作高校认定的若干门专业课程后，赴合作院校继续学习1-1.5年。符合学位授予条件的学生将获得由合作方院校颁发的硕士学位证书。目前本项目的国外合作高校有法国CNAM和德国德累斯顿工业大学。
　　学院也愿意与国际知名高校探讨其他模式合作培养学生的项目。

Introduction

　School of International Co-Education of HIT was founded in July 2005, which takes charge of cooperating with internationally renowned universities to foster students, with the goal to promote the international communication and educational cooperation of HIT. Taking advantage of the qualified teachers and educational resources in HIT, School of International Co-Education has signed agreements on interuniversity cooperation with University of Sydney, Monash University, Edith Cowan University, Griffith University, University of Manchester, University of Birmingham, Keele University, Northumbria University, Conservatoire National Des Arts Et Métiers (CNAM), Technische Universitaet Dresden, and DeVry University. Based on mutual credits recognition, School of International Co-Education cooperates with foreign universities to develop academic programs in the models as follows:
　1. Undergraduate education model of “2+2”, with “double-degree certificate”.
The students recruited are excellent ones who pass the national college entrance examination in accordance with the standards of Harbin Institute of Technology. They will be taught according to the educational programs jointly made by HIT and the foreign universities. During the students’ study period in School of International Co-Education, part teachers are sent by partner universities to teach and assess the students in their own styles. After 2 years’ study in School of International Co-Education, the students will further their study in partner universities. Students who complete all the study contents in the educational programs and meet all degree certificate issuance requirements of both HIT and partner universities will obtain degree certificates issued by both the two cooperative universities. At present, the partner universities involve University of Sydney, University of Manchester, and University of Birmingham.
　2. Undergraduate education model of “2+2 International Bachelor Course”.
School of International Co-Education recruits students independently, with the reference of their performance in the national college entrance examination. After 2 years’ study in School of International Co-Education, the students passed all the essential courses and got acceptable IELTS or TOEFL scores will further their study in partner universities for 2 years. After the accomplishment of all the subjects in the educational programs, they can obtain the Bachelor’s Degree issued by the partner universities. At present, the partner universities involve Monash University, Edith Cowan University, Keele University, and Northumbria University etc.
　3. Undergraduate education model of British “Higher National Diploma”.
School of International Co-Education recruits students independently, with the reference of their performance in the national college entrance examination. The students will study in School of International Co-Education for 3 years, using original English edition of teaching materials appointed by Edexcel, with Edexcel’s educational model and assessment system. After passing all the courses, they will obtain BTEC HND certificates issued by Edexcel. With BTEC HND certificates and other relevant proof for English proficiency, the students can apply for Bachelor’s Degree to foreign universities. After graduation, they can get Bachelor’s Degree issued by the foreign universities. At present, HND is widely recognized by the universities in U.K., Australia, USA and Netherlands.
　4. Postgraduate education model of “1+1” or “0.5+1.5”.
School of International Co-Education recruits postgraduate students independently. After 0.5 to 1 year’s study of language and some professional courses recognized by partner universities in School of International Co-Education, the students will further their study in partner universities for 1 to 1.5 years. Students will obtain normal degree certificates of partner universities if they meet all degree certificate issuance requirements of the partner universities. Now the partner universities include CNAM in France and Technische Universitaet Dresden in Germany.
